Driving lessons
You agree to bring your provisional license to every lesson. In addition, you agree to bring the correct eye correction if needed to lessons; if you fail to them, your lesson will be cancelled, and you may be charged.
Hourly rates
Before lessons start, a single lesson rate and a discounted block booking rate for prepaid lessons will be provided and confirmed via text or WhatsApp. Test day rates are different from any single or block booking lesson rate. Rates are subject to change from time to time and notice will be given before any change takes place.
Prepaid Block booking cancellations
If you choose to end a block booking early, the discounted block booking hourly rate will no longer apply. Instead, any used lessons will be charged against the block using the single lesson hourly rate; the remaining balance will be refunded.
Lesson rescheduling and/or cancellations
After the introductory lesson, a cancellation/rescheduling policy of 48hrs notice comes into effect. Any bookings cancelled or rescheduled under 48hrs will be chargeable in full regardless of reason.
Driving Test Ready
You agree that if I do not deem you ready for the driving test, I have no obligation to take you, and I have the right to refuse the use of my vehicle should you choose to go against my advice. Further information regarding this topic from the DSVA can be found here:

Damage to vehicle
You will be responsible for any financial costs incurred from any damage to the vehicle whilst training that is not a result of another driving.
Behaviour
Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated (subject to my discretion), and repeated behaviour may result in future lessons being cancelled and the service offered being refused, which may also result in a loss of fees paid.
